I can finally spread the word in cyberspace. I’ve blogged some entries in the “Fresh Bait” section, but had to be sneaky.

This is without a doubt the coolest project I’ve ever been part of. Totally humbled by the level of talent- on both sides of the camera -involved here. It begins, as it always should, with the writers. You get nothing without a great script. Simon Pegg and Nick Frost are, I think, among the best out there for smart comedy. And the fact that they’re as big of a horror/sci-fi geek as I am makes it match made in Heaven.
Then working with Hader again- we had a blast last summer doing the web series “The Line” -and director Greg Mottola is a sweet, sweet treat. Like many of the directors I’ve worked with before, he lets his actors do their thing. Bill and I will talk in silly voices to pass the time. Jason Bateman’s a pro, Kristen Wiig’s bringing it (Her, Simon, and I went into improv delirium for a while, riffing on a show called “RV Doorway”, complete with theme and 5-second episode promos.), and my dear friend and ”Role Models” co-star Jane Lynch is as brilliant as ever.
Anyway, keep checking the Fresh Bait section for more set updates and stories!
