Latest Attacks

The latest from David Wain, written by him and Ken Marino, and starring a hippie-load of funny people finally opens Feb. 24th.  I’m really proud of the movie, please go check it out.  Not a selling point, but you can totally see my butt.  Had to say it, sorry.  Full disclosure folks.  I’m a nudist winemaker who’s also an aspiring novelist.

We had a blast making this movie, not unlike the on-set spirit of Wet Hot American Summer.  I think you’ll dig it too.  Ya dig?*

Hey y’all.  Me and some funny friends will be doing a Live Reading of Wet Hot American Summer on Jan. 21st up in Frisco.  Also that night, I’ll be playing around, telling stories with the Upright Citizens Brigade at Asssscat! Then on Sunday Jan. 22, we’ll be doing a staged reading of David Wain and Michael Showalter’s script They Came Together. Come on by.  Even if you don’t see the shows, just fly in or drive up for the great cioppino.  Hell, it’s what put San Francisco on the map.  Also, that rice.  Remember?  With the trolley in the commercial?

Two very funny guys I’ve known for years- Jason and Randy Sklar -kindly invited me on their podcast to talk fantasy football.  Well twist my arm.  And for non-sports fans, we talk some comedy shop too.  We DO NOT, however,  talk about sewing tips, Ecuadorean cuisine, or David Berkowitz.

Well, it all comes down to the numbers when it comes to TV, folks, and for us, they’re pretty low.  But we might be able to survive the storm with a good showing tomorrow,  Wednesday at 8:30 on NBC.
